Greetings

Thank you for visiting our website and considering Seasons Counseling, PLLC for your mental health and counseling.

Seasons Counseling is owned by Anne Luckinbill, LPC.

Anne is an attachment focused therapist. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy. Anne believes that childhood experiences shape our behaviors, personalities, and current relationships. She further believes that attachment relationships are primary to the way people interact with others at home, school, work, and in their social communities.

Anne Luckinbill originally started her work at a local community services board in Virginia where she learned to help those in crisis, clients with significant mental health concerns, and clients who struggled with daily living activities.

After working in a community agency, she went into private practice, first as a solo practice, then to a thriving office in Culpeper with several staff members. Anne has rich experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and relationship/communication concerns.

Anne Luckinbill is a licensed supervisor and offers supervision and employment to Residents in Counseling (RICs) seeking licensure. Residents work under direct supervision at Seasons Counseling and receive 2.5 hours of free supervision weekly.

Anne believes in the quality of care offered to clients of the practice. The mental health care at Seasons Counseling, PLLC is top notch in experience, knowledge, compassion, and community connections. Our counselors are among the best in the field of therapy. We work with clients from ages 6- 106.
