Our Staff

Jene' Taylor, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Supervisor

Jene’ comes to Seasons Counseling with extensive therapy experience in treatment settings such as crisis services, outpatient medication-assisted therapy, short-term residential, and emergency shelter housing.

She has worked with clients of various ages and backgrounds, and holds a special interest in dispelling the stigma of seeking professional help for mental health concerns. Jene’ holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Michigan University.

She looks forward to providing a safe space for clients to process their emotions and experiences, while fostering a sense of confidence and self-esteem.

Ella Beck, Resident in Counseling (RIC)

Ella holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Roosevelt University. Known for her warm and welcoming personality, Ella creates a safe and validating space for her patients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges as they work towards their goals of well-being. Her empathetic nature fosters a strong therapeutic alliance, meeting patients where they are and supporting them in their journey toward healing and personal growth. Ella enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds and has experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and feelings of stuckness. 

Ella employs a combination of therapeutic techniques in her work, tailoring her approach to each individual client and their needs. She believes that each person has the power in them to create positive change in their lives and loves walking with them on their journey to mental wellbeing. 

Outside of being a therapist, Ella enjoys running and coaching cross country, reading, and spending time with her golden retriever, Watson. On the weekends, you can find Ella trying new restaurants and watching Formula 1. Ella is under the supervision of Jene’ Taylor, LPC

 
Alana Harris, Resident in Counseling (RIC)

Alana Harris is a Resident in Counseling and graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree. Alana is passionate about creating a warm environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. She collaborates with clients through a person-centered approach, meeting each client where they are and tailoring her approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. 

Alana has experience working with diverse populations and systems including children, teens, adults, and families. She has specialized knowledge in grief and loss counseling, and has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity concerns. Alana integrates principles from narrative, strengths-based, and systems approaches to support clients in achieving their goals, while consistently recognizing clients as the experts of their own lived experiences.

Outside of counseling, Alana enjoys reading, attending concerts, and creating art. 

Alana is currently completing her supervised clinical residency toward full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is practicing at our office under the supervision of Jene’ Taylor, LPC.
