Welcome

Supporting your mental health and well-being

About us

Greetings from the team at Seasons Counseling, PLLC, serving Culpeper, Charlottesville, and Locust Grove.

At Seasons Counseling, we understand that individuals of all ages experience different seasons of life, some of which can present significant challenges. Our team of dedicated therapists is here to support you or your child on the journey toward improved mental health.

In our collaborative therapy process, we will assess mental health concerns by considering both current struggles and historical context. We focus on addressing behaviors, emotions, personality, and relationships through approaches like attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices. We also recognize the impact of trauma and work to help clients navigate its effects on daily functioning and relationships.

Beyond therapy sessions, our counselors will assist you in uncovering and utilizing your natural support systems to enhance your mental well-being.

We look forward to helping you transition from one season to the next
