Welcome
Supporting your mental health and well-being
About us
Greetings from the team of Seasons Counseling, PLLC in Culpeper, Charlottesville, and Locust Grove. At Seasons Counseling our team of therapists understand that people of all ages go through seasons of life, some more challenging than others. We look forward to working with you, or your child, on the journey to improved mental health. In the therapy process we will jointly assess mental health concerns based on both your current struggles and historical information. Concerns about behaviors, emotions, personality, and relationships will be treated and improved with a focus on your attachment relationships, CBT, and mindfulness practices. Trauma concerns will be addressed with an understanding that trauma can impact daily function and interactions. In addition to therapy sessions, the counselors at Seasons Counseling, PLLC will help you uncover your natural support systems to aid in your improved mental health. We look forward to helping you transition from one season to the next.
