Evidence-informed care. Human-centered relationships.
Methods matter, but therapy is not a technique performed on a person. It is a collaborative relationship built around the client’s goals, history, culture, strengths, needs, and readiness for change.
We listen before we prescribe
The first task is understanding. Our clinicians work to see the person behind the symptoms and learn what the client wants life to look like, not simply what they want to stop feeling.
We use evidence with judgment
Clinicians may draw from CBT, EFIT, attachment theory, art therapy, play therapy, and other appropriate methods. Evidence guides the work; the client’s response guides how it is applied.
We consider the whole system
Sleep, movement, nutrition, safety, medical needs, work, family, friendships, identity, and community can all affect mental health. Therapy may explore how these systems support or undermine progress.
We invest in clinicians
Supervision and collaboration are not back-office functions. They are part of quality care. Seasons aims to create an environment where clinicians can consult, learn, maintain boundaries, and grow.
Approaches our clinicians may use
Not every clinician provides every approach. These pages explain what each one is and who it may suit.
