How matching works

A simpler way to find the right starting point

The “best” therapist is not the same for everyone. Matching considers both practical fit and the human factors that help a client feel safe enough to begin.

How matching works, step by step

Tell us what you need

Complete the Get Matched form with basic information about who needs care, what is happening, location or online preference, schedule, insurance, and any therapist preferences.

Our intake team reviews fit

We compare your request with current services, clinician experience, location, age group, and availability. Some requests require human review before we can confirm whether Seasons is appropriate.

We guide the next step

If there is a potential fit, we contact you and explain next steps. Appointment holds and intake paperwork follow the current intake policy.

When Seasons may not be the right fit

Seasons is an outpatient practice with defined clinical and scheduling limits. If your needs are outside our scope, we will be honest and may point you toward more appropriate resources.

Not for emergencies: Seasons is an outpatient therapy practice and does not provide emergency or crisis response through website forms, voicemail, email, or social media. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988. Crisis resources →
